Yes, it's supposed to be "Innerview" instead of "Interview". This program was one of two in a series on Cablevision (of Greater Johnstown, Pennsylvania) Community Television (CCTV) where Larry Corcoran interviewed local musical talent.
In this half-hour program, Colin & Mingo embarrass themselves and also present the only recorded version of "Wearing Plaid (It's a Fad)".
